Reflections on the Sacred.

Everything in the physical world can be seen as a reflection of spiritual reality, whether it is expressed explicitly or implicitly. The cells in our body--diverse in form and function, yet unified and interdependent in their ultimate purpose--reflect the reality of our interconnectedness as human beings on this temporal sphere. A tree reflects the spiritual qualities of steadfastness and transformation. A bird could reflect the spiritual attributes of grace and freedom. In the darkness or the light, we can find reflections of the sacred; we just have to look.
