Vignettes of the Rural
I have lived the majority of my life in rural Kansas. Many of these images are actually outtakes from my ongoing Silver Shoes series, which is a kind of conceptual topography of my rural upbringing and the cycles contained within. Taken predominantly with film cameras, these images serve as a reliquary for my childhood and the quintessential "stuff" the rural midwest is made of.
